Juliet Mey.

I have spent nineteen years working with and inside growth-stage businesses, locally and internationally. One thing comes up consistently: most leaders already sense the gap. They are just too busy to do anything about it. It sits on next quarter's agenda, and then the quarter after that. Left unattended, it compounds — and that always comes back to cost you.

Working independently means I can look across every part of the customer journey without a fixed brief, a political constraint or an agenda that is not yours. Growth-stage businesses are where I do my best work. There is enough foundation to build on and enough momentum that getting clarity on what to fix actually changes the trajectory.
